    How long the shipping takes?

    Because each bag is handcrafted individually, I do not mass produce or rush these pieces — every bag is made one by one with time, care, and close attention to detail.

    Please allow 7–20 business days for production and finishing before your order is shipped. Once your order is completed and packaged, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your location and local carrier transit times.

    I understand waiting can be difficult, but the extra time allows me to focus on quality over quantity and create something unique instead of mass-produced. My goal is to make sure your bag is worth the wait the moment they arrive.

      ESTIMATED TIMELINES & FULFILLMENT EXPECTATIONS

      Due to the high viral demand and the meticulous handcrafted nature of our products, our current production queue is extended. To maintain our quality standards, the following mandatory timelines apply to all current orders:


      • Processing & Creative Design: 3–5 business days.


      • Handcrafted Production & Drying Phase: Up to 15 business days.


      • International Shipping & Logistics: 8–12 business days.

      Total Delivery Window: By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to a total delivery window of up to 30–35 business days. Given the current volume of orders, we do not guarantee “expedited” delivery. A delay within this 35-business-day window is a standard part of our artisanal process and does not constitute a breach of contract or a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.

      ORDER CANCELLATIONS

      Once an order is placed, it enters our automated processing system.


      • Cancellations: Permitted only within the first 12 hours of purchase.


      • After 12 hours, the item enters the “Production & Drying Phase,” costs are incurred, and the order cannot be canceled. Customers must wait to receive the item and then follow our Return Policy.
